Yeah, I don't really have a set routine, but here's the moves I usually perform:

1. Fan the deck, and let a spectator sign any card.

2. Let the spectator see it in go into the deck. With a riffle of the cards, it's at the top. (note: Not the riffle pass. I just like riffling the cards instead of snapping.)

3. Put it back in the deck, face up, and with a riffle of the cards, it appears face up. (There's the riffle pass!)

4. Put the card in the deck while the entire deck is face up, and by just turning the entire deck around, it appears at the bottom.

5. Put the card in the deck, and stick it in my back pocket. I then ask the spectators to search the deck for any duplicate cards, even though the card is signed. Eventually, they'll find it, and as they do, I pull a completely different card out of my pocket.

6. Stick it in the deck, gently brush off my pants, and it appears face up, on top of the deck.

7. Put it in the middle of the deck, do a few triple cuts, shuffles and some more cuts, and it's yet again at the top.

8. Give the card to the spectator face down, drop the cards one by one and tell them to stick it whereever they please. Card then appears on top.

9. Give the spectator the card, and take another card from the deck. Tell the spectator to sandwich the card between their hands, and tell them "I'll take your card from inbetween your hands." Take the other card, wave it beneath their hands, and their car is in your hands.

If only I knew how to do a pop-up move. I've been trying to figure it out by myself for a while now, but no luck. And what's this marlo tilt you've been talking about? It'll set you up for a DL? Maybe I'll google that in a bit. Seems very practical. I almost always use invisible passes, which is probably why I don't know what it is...
