Hi,
I read almost every thread ( i hope so ) concerning M5, Raven, Bat etc..
But still i don't really know which one will be the best for me and what advantages or disadvantages they have.
Would someone pls ( not subjective ) give an overview when to choose which system and where they all differ?
Thank you

Well it depends on what tricks you are into. The M5 and Bat are for PK type effects and the Raven is for vanishing coins. The M5 and Bat can vanish coins, but as the Raven is designed specifically to vanish coins it is, naturally, better at it.
Hope that helps.

Hi Sharp the Raven will work with any "special" coins
Mine came with the US coins so I purchased a £1 shell coin, you would just get some "special" Euro coins for yourself.
I also have the M5 pro kit, but don't use it for coin vanish....
I made my wife dissapear just by arguing with her!!!

I should also point out that the Raven is powerful enough to cope with things other than coins, I've used mine as a final vanish for a haunted key, very spooky!

The Reven works well with 5 cents, and probably well with a 1 cent as well.
(I know because I have a ton of euros lying on my desk

)

Siege said NUMS has a
super magnet coming out soon, at a better price than M5. Maybe he can expand on this for you...

I have The Bat and The M5...I have to say right now, I completely loathe The Bat. The M5 can do all of the things it can do and more...So...If you're going to choose between the M5 and Bat...Go with the M5...but if you want coin vanishes, go with the Raven. Hands down.
Thanks,
Dominick

I recently purchased an M5 and have been thinking of selling it or trading it for a pk wizard ring. Don't get me wrong the m5 is great and can do a lot of stuff, but for the stuff I do the ring will get by just fine with less of a concealment issue. I did a lot of reading before buying my m5 (I was going to get into some mentalism type effects) and the m5 was highly reviewed. The book is great for routine ideas and gaffing techniques. That said I've been reading about the NUMS package and I have to say I think I would have gone with that had I the chance (probably doesn't help my chances of getting rid of my M5

). Anyway good luck.

If your into that kind of magic then I would say go ahead and get a Wizard PK Ring, but you must realise that it is not in the same league of power as the M5 or Monster Bertha. It's a useful tool but has almost completely different uses compared to what the M5 can do.
