Im trying really hard to get this performance off nicely, because it is a great effect.

However, without trying to give to much away, Im struggling with giveaway 'clinking' just before I show my empty hand under the glass.

Any tips? Or should it just be masked by intentional clinking on the top of the table?

Any thoughts would be welcome

they wasy i stopped it was by placing the gimmick as close as possible when above the coin, that way when its 'captured', there no space for it make that clank noise, hope that made sense...? lol ( and mods, do edit this post if its close to exposure, it was hard to explain

You answered your question in your question. Why not tap the coin beneath the table a couple of times to show it really is under glass? The clinking is a natural sound caused by the coin beneath the table. A large action (or sound) covers a small one.
