Firstly, thanks to Citrus for pointing me in this direction
ok hold on tight cos here we go,
I'm a 45 yr old male, living in Manchester. Got into magic like most of us did, when my dad pulled his thumb off and slid it up and down his hand
Then I discovered David Nixon (if you dont know just 'google' him) and my interest took off. I've been hobbyist - semi pro - back to hobby ,was a founder member of the Manchester Magical Society. However at one stage it seemed I was only invited to parties/homes as a free entertainment and so I kinda drifted away from magic for a while.
I have a collection of around sixty magic related books, from Hoffmann to Goldston, Bamberg to Daniels, a number of DVDs and videos and numerous lecture notes.
I'm slowly getting back into the art and will do my best to help and encourage where possible.
