David Copperfield Body off of legs

Postby card_shark_2006 » Jul 16th, '06, 20:02

This is a funny and amazing trick that Copperfield did. I don't know how he does it and I don't wanna know because that would spoil the trick.

Well, no one can use it in that David has the full performance rights on it as an exclusive.

There's a couple of things that have come out that are "similar" but nothing as clean as the this piece.

I like this trick. Does anyone know where you can see a video of the one where the circular saw cuts his body in half? That one is my favourite trick/illusion (whatever you wanna call it) of his and I'd love to see it again.

I saw it done on stage (on video). I have some videos with his work and his illusions are amazing

@evmeister I think that illusion could be on his Illusion DVD.

I like how Criss Angel claimed it had never been done before on his special.

This is David Copperfields "Laser Illusion"

It was originally invented by Steve Fearson.

I know a way to perform it and the gimmick is a pain!

The 'Death Saw' illusion as it's named is on Copperfileds Illusion video as stated by Scriptorilsky.

It's NOT the Laser Illusion as stated by Salt. You mnay know 'a way' but is it 'the way' :?:

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

I wouldn't wanna know "a way" or "the way" to splice my body into two distinctly separate pieces. Just in case I cocked it up.
