Dude, you have some nice work going on there - Writers block one ruled!

Other hobbies for me are music (Hendrix and John Frusciante particularly), I play a bit of guitar as well (Have a PRS Santana SE and an Epiphone Explorer) and read tons of stuff - Sherlock Holmes books and the Roald Dahl Short Stories being favourites.

Rock on,

Liam.

wow there really impressive ( esp the last one ), I have a few sketches also but not sure about uploading them cos of the nudity factor lol.

[edit] I wont upload them here, but for those who dont object to some light nudity in sketches, they're tucked away in my gallery at http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/28111456/

Also a bit of an artist myself and will dig some bits out to post.

The artwork in the first post, as well as Mogs are impressive - two different genre's and equally good in their own rights.

In D2I's work I liked the abstracts and the the colours were great. Loved Mog's Indian & Eagle.

Nudity Factor?....AAAAh noww i see why you lot are so into art lol just joking. These pictures look great, i took art for my GCSE's and i guess i havent drawn ever since i finished my final exam for it. I felt that being assesed took the fun out of art, and also the topics that we were meant to stick to werent as broad as they could be. Maybe i should start drawing again, post a couple of pics later on .

Yep, totally. For someone who wrote for primarily for children, his sense of humour was very unexpected, and amazingly dark!

Well worth reading.

just to point out... the last pic with the indian and eagle was actually copied from a tattoo magazine i saw about 10(ish) years ago... it was across a guys shoulders and was done by a VERY good artist named Lal Hardy (if i remember correclty).. i saw the pic and wondered if i could get the same effect on paper that he got on the guys skin and although it pains me to say it i didnt even come close to the original :D
