its been discussed here: http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic12415.php

although that topic was officially a review request topic from someone that bought them.. so it should be okay to chat in this topic :D

I think the gaffs look superb. It's good that you can take a normal deck of cards and throw in one gaff card for an extra effect. And if you need to, when the spectators are screaming OMG WTF HE JUST KILLED THE KING! THEY TURNED INTO SKELETONS! OMG HE JUST BROUGHT THEM BACK TO LIFE!!! you can palm the gaff card and let them examine the deck :D

They do look very impressive! I may have to get some, along with their Gaff Deck DVD! That might come in useful being as i look guilty as sin when using gaff cards!

I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...

Can you only buy these directly from elluisionist. Anybody know if I can buy them from a UK source?

Well the red gaff are coming to NUMS very shortly. But I'm not sure if Seige will be selling the Traing DVD aswell. Give him a PM to find out - (I doubt seige will mind :D)

But you can get the Ghost and Black Tiger Gaff Decks from NUMS already aswell.

I'll wait with interest to read the first review of the training video for the Gaff Deck but agree that the deck itself looks sweet.

The reason that I will wait for the DVD review is that there was plenty of criticism about the book that Ellusionist released to accompany the Tiger Deck when those first hit the market. There are reviews and comments on another TM thread on this one and having had a glimpse of the book I am sure glad that I didn;t waste the £15 or so in buying that.

Hopefully Ellusionist will have learnt the lesson and will make sure that the DVD has better content.

I read the same review of the tiger gaff deck book. i also read the comments that in many cases, the people reviewing the book they "thought" was the Ellusionist Gaff deck book were in fact reviewing a different book put out by someone else at a different price.

Brad Christian even chipped in with some posts to clarify this.

i own a number of E produced videos and typically find them excellent. i have not seen this one yet. i also have not seen the accompanying book.

you can see a preview of the DVD here.
http://www.ellusionist.com/order/Army-of-52-DVD.php

also i think some of the video footage from the deck preview is from the DVD.
