What magic items, be it tricks, DVD's Books etc, do you have, which you consider the best value, and why, in these price ranges:

Under £5

Under £10

Under £20

Under £50

Under £100

Finally, which is the best OVERALL value for money item and why.

Mine are:

Under £5.00
Svengali deck from Marvins Magic, because this is one of the first items I bought, which got me into magic more.

Under £10
Mark Wilsons Complete Course In Magic. Need I say more?

Under £20
Mini Hippitty Hop Rabbits. I now own the stage size, but the reactions from children when I first used the small ones, got me wanting to perform for childrens shows.

Under £50
As I spent about £45 on my first lot of balloons and pump, I suppose I can include this. It adds a whole new dimension as a performer, with an added advantage that practicing is fun, even if some of my attempts still look like something from horror films.

Under £100
Tarbell books 1-7. Although I haven't had much chance to study them yet, I can tell these will be invaluble over time.

Overall best.
MWCCIM, as I have used ideas from there already, saving a fortune on new items. With so much in there, I haven't had to think of buying much recently.

Under £5
Stripper deck because you can use it as a stripper deck and also as a normal deck as long as you are carefull.

Under £10
Humm, I hard one. I would probably say a CAJ deck because I love mine and it comes with some very nice simple routines. Or possibly Royal Road Book.

Under £20
Born to Perfom DVD, I started with this and it really did give me a good starting point.

Under £50
PK ring as you can do so so much with this and create your own effects

Under £100
Royal Road To Card Magic DVD. So much to learn you will find it hard to complete this in a short space of time if your a beginner.

OVERALL
Royal Road To Card Magic DVD for the reasons above

Magic is real, just look around you, some of the most amazing things have no reason, no explanation but are very real.
