In this days there are many sites that sells tricks that David Blaine have done in shows. But I just havent seen this tricks performed by him:
Gut Buster
Punctured
Shrinkring finger
$100 bill switch
Staked
Ring thing
Disjointed
Strange travellers

What show did he do this tricks?

It was drowned alive, but due to lack of time, not all of the clips were edited in.

Just search some of the sites at the bottom of this page, im sure most of them have these tricks, some sites i have seen even have a david blaine section

I agree, the sites just say 'this trick was performed by david blaine' !
however, i think that the trick called 'disjointed' refers to the trick he does on the hospital staff / the fireman when he twists his arm 540 degrees all the way round the you hear a crunching sound.

Its in the DVD called 'David Blaine - Street Magic' (if it helps its the 1 where he levitates at the begining for the young guy with ginger hair and a black t-shirt - the whole DVD is his close up card tricks and builds up to David Blaine Levitating, there is also an interview with him and Leo DiCaprio [spelling :S])
