I did a small show for a kid on his birthday a while ago. I used small explosions and different coloured flames for some tricks. It's a good way to make them blink or turn away while you do something. And at the end of the show, I threw a blue smoke bomb down, and by the time it'd cleared, I'd gone. It's all visual aids I quess, and some of you might use it already, but I find doing these helps inhance the show.

Wow. Iv'e never gone that far, but hey, worth a shot. I made the smoke bombs for myself, and some other flash-bangs. If any body wants a recipe for one of these, PM me and I'll post it to you as soon as I can.
