Anyone going to FISM 2006? The World Championsships of Magic? I am for sure going over there, since it's just across the border :-)

Hi Rune,
Would be nice wouldn't it, but a little outside my budget. Especially the location. Feel Scandinavia almost my second home because I studied the languages and visited many times on business when I was selling steel in Sheffield. Even teaching Swedish again now in my school. Only ever made it to Bergen not Oslo, but fun talking in Swedish to clients and they answering in Norwegian!
Så vem är de största i nordiskt magi nu för tiden (utan dig förstås)? Har du också hittat andra på forum som bor i Norden?

I'm definately going, living in Trondheim, Norway it's not really far for me either. I'll go with a friend of mine who's also into magic, well, more flourishes for him I believe.

I wish I hade the money to go to the FISM this week. I live only 20 minutes walk from the FISM convent, so evry morning I wake up it feels very sad......
But I did go the fair where the FISM is, but I was just standing in the entré, watching for famous faces, just saw one, Lennart Green. In Stockholm there is this park in middle of city where they have Tue-Thursday kid magic. I was there today (Tuesday) and it was nothing with that it was free to go there (LOL)..... And tomorow night there is gonna be 1 hour magic show, a regular show that is. And in Saturday there is gonna be a magic evening at the funfair in Stockholm that Iam gonna visit to. So I get a lot of magic, without getting broke.
