There are many different routines for C&B and they are usually available via on-line suppliers. How much comely is involved depends on the performer but C&B can be done without words as well. Many years ago we saw on the Paul Daniels TV Show a young Indian boy doing C&B with full patter but in his local dialect which few could understand. It didn't matter as the routine explained itself as he went along and his 'sing-song' accompaniment just made things all that more enjoyable.

Comedy Cups and Balls Routine

Postby Gerald Edmundson » Aug 1st, '06, 21:22

You might try to find a copy of Bob Read's comedy routine called "The Penultimate Cups and Balls." You will find good ideas there.

Regards,
Gerald

Have a look at http://www.magicbooksbypost.co.uk. Click 'Secure Store,' then 'Product Overview.' Scroll down a little way until you see 'Cups and Balls.'

Even if you can't buy them from here, you've got a good list of books to be researching into

I thought Pen and Teller's version of the cups and balls was very funny - however, probably not what your looking for!!!

Teller performed it, whilst Penn just created loads of misdirection...
