Im still not convinced enough to part with my hard earned. Is it really that much difference to a Raven?

Krazy Ace - do you actually OWN one of these or have you written the review based on the video and your perceived thoughts of the method?
The reason that I ask is that I understand that they are NOT widely on sale just yet and are in limited supply.
I've had a lengthy discussion with someone 'in the know' on this product and I agree with StephenMagic. There appear to be some huge benefits to the Black Hole over the Raven which to say the least is very cumbersome and sometimes awkward to use.
If you're a serious performer as I know Stephen and a number of others are then this knocks spots off the Raven as it uses a different principle.
Whether you will or won't pay the asking price will ONLY leave those who do pay up that much better off.

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

THIS IS NOT A RAVEN WITH CLIPS ON. The set-up is completly different, how long have i been a member here? you guys know i always say if something is rubbish! The DVD is stunning that comes with it. The ease of use and the possibilities that this gimmick opens is more than worth the money to a working performer. Of course the price will put some off but i guess that is the point.

I'm not a proffessional and based on a fixed amout of money each month it took me a year and a half of tight spending to save up for this.
yes it is amazing
but for what i got and the time i went without buying thing doesn't comprimise at all.
I'm not saying it's bad but for the amount of money...

This is the whole problem. the effect has been firmly aimed at working and professional magicians who have the budget. The thing is that we earn money buy using things like this, so we can justify the cost. But the hobbist this may not be as great value. It is probably not right for you unless you have a good budget or earn money from performing. We can all agree to disagree on the value

(although i still think it is worth double the money

)

www.world-of-magic.co.uk have it for £129 most other shops such as JB magic have it for about £170. It is limited stocks at the moment as the units take a long time to make. I hear more stock will hit the shops very soon. You need a jacket or long sleeved shirt (jacket is best). The DVD shows you how to roll the sleeves up at the end of the effect

I have just recieved mine and I can say that this is VERY 007.
IT WILL TAKE MUCH PRACTICE as everyone has said. At first it feels like trying to do brain surgery wearing a suit of armour but it will clearly get easier and more natural.
You will NEED to pay attention to the DVD set up guide and workwith it before you start.
I have only started to play with it and I bet some will love it and some will hate it...either way it is clever and the videos look impressive as well...more to come...

Thank you! i was waiting for you TOM

it is very James Bond, what annoys me is people on other forums saying this is a Raven, it is not
