Hi,
I was just looking on ebay for hypnosis dvds and was checking out if Jonathan Royle was any good on the net. Glad i found this site. Hope i can get some pointers for magic and hypnosis.

From what I've read on The Bunny and in other places, Mr Royale is best avoided. :wink:

Welcome, dude becarefull with hypnosis dvds. I was watching something on youtube and these people have been doing hypnosis for a while and one day they thought someone called the police on them so they ran away, and they broke up a couble, one guy was in his boxers in public, I think one of them was an ostrich. :shock:

You should really consider a registered course, i hear that they are so much better and probably safer as you have a trained and approved person working for you.

And yeah, I agree with Stephen - despite what others on this forum may say, hypnosis is something which has to be treated carefully and respect.

Some people do argue that hypnosis doesn't exist-
It is just a mix of other techniques and suggestion.

It all depends what your definition of hypnosis is. It has its roots in biological psychology and I always point out this book to anyone who argues that there is no such thing as hypnosis.
