Before anything else, hello all

I've been looking around the forum for a while now and decided to finally introduce myself.

I've been interested in magic since I was little but only recently have gotten back into it more seriously. I'm 23 nd live in Portugal and there aren't that many places around here to discuss magic.

I've recently joined one of the few clubs of magic around here and have been teaching myself various tricks, sleights, passees and all other types of basic information I think is important to preform well.

I'm most interested in close-up, card, impromptu, mentalism and street magic because I like to be close to the audience and let them participate as mucha s possible. I think it only increases the over all enjoyment of the tricks and illusions.

Like most beginners I have a few problems with certains tricks and sleights but I guess only practice makes perfect.

I also enjoy thinking up new ways to present certain tricks and thinkins up my own tricks. I have yet to plan one out completly but have a few ideas gathered up.

I think that's enough babling for now. I hope to be able to contribute to this community as much as I have already recieved.
