I'm currently teaching myself the "colour change" with guidence from rrtcm.
I'm having a little trouble with gripping the rear card when sliding it out.

has anyone got any tips?

it's called the colour change in the book. i dont know what other people call it. its where you [Edited to maintain secrecy!] used in the acr i think.

I would edit that post if a mod doesn't do it before - not a good idea exposing the methods of well known colour changes.

I won't post the name just in case but it's the ECC...

Tips? Breathe on your hand just before the move. It moisturises your palms a bit and gives you more grip. Or use a moisturiser, there was a thread about that about a week ago.

i had problems with this for ages i found that trying to do it fast rather than slow and lots of practice lots and lots lol i took me a while to get it smooth and nice
