Does anyone know where i can get coloured 'thingies' for the snowstorm in china effect? Id like to produce something other than snow for a routine i have in mind

You could use different colored markers? I'm not really sure what you mean.

This is for a multi-colored set (Red, Orange, Green, Yellow and Blue)

It's a product released by Larry Maples (the site also offers white flakes and some resources on further presentational ideas). If you do a search on Larry Maples, you may find a UK distributor.

Only the second one of those brought up anything. Thank god for ebay, it would be a lot more money from denny magic! Are there any that are all one colour like red or yellow?

I sew somewhere white with silver (Mylar), also snow storm that the confetti if star shaped, and I think also all red, but I need to check on that.

Iv bought lots of stuff off ebay and 99% of it went smoothly and saved me a lot of money, so the other 1% doesnt really matter as it wasnt anything expencive in my case
