I'm moving to Spain soon so this is a definite buy for me I think, but the explanation is confusing me a bit. Read it here

When it says "The top Sun card is dropped down by the King of Hearts. " what happens here? Also do you turn over the cards to show clouds, then turn them face down again before turning them back over again to show snow etc? Or do you turn them over to show clouds, then turn them over to show no backs but instead snow etc? Obviously the deck has to be set up beforehand so no allowing the spec to shuffle?

It shows the trick quite clearly.

When it says "The top Sun card is dropped down by the King of Hearts" that is exactly what happens. You have a king on the table, face up, four cards in your hand which have all just been shown to be Sun, then you lay the top sun card face up, and show that the other three cards in your hand have magically turned into kings.
