...and also eat properly - plenty of fruit n veg for your energy levels...even if you dont have time at lunch:

2 bananas, milk, honey and blend them up, a little splash of yoghurt...lovely, plus plenty of energy...

...anyway, try and relax for at least an hour a day... :wink:

Thank you all SO much, I do get your point Craig! i was just trying to do too much at once. I am going back to bed for a while soon to read the new biography of Dai Vernon (still not had time!).

Here is the best bit! after changing all the flash magic website i have found that i can use the name because they have not trademarked marked it and we are in 2 different contries! so now i have two sale sites!

Oh well, thanks for the smoothie recipe i will try that in a bit.

...i keep a little bit of spite i keep in back up within my character, i would be inclinded to then tell that French site that its them that can't use the name...

but then again, its not me thats a busy corporate magician and business runner...aaah just tell 'em to ferme la bouche....idiots...

anyway - get yourself some rest mate, nice glass of wine and a favourite film or something eh... :wink:

as we discussed recently over a PM, if you register it as a limited company for £89 then you will legally own the name and no one can take it off you. THe web site will tell you which company names are already registered. :lol:

You could even end up telling someone else to change their name in the future :lol:
