Looks pretty good to me. I dont own it or anything, but if i had a spare £40 i'd think about it because i like impromtu stuff! And with a list of magicians as this book has, you cant go far wrong! The reviews on the site seem pretty positive too.
I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...
Kev, have you looked at any of Karl Fulves' stuff? You won't find a single bad review about any of his books, and they are normally extremely cheap at places like amazon.
Am I the only one who thinks $38 is a bit steep for a book of self-workers?
sorry to be the bearer of bad news but i wouldn't buy it. Unless you are a complete beginner with no knowledge of sleights it's really not worth it.
I purchased it after workin my way thru royal road.
They are all self-working tricks...and nearly all of them are counting tricks..as in "that means if i count of 15 ...1,2,3,4,...15 your card is here..ta da!" There are some good ideas for patter in there tho as some of the tricks have quite good narratives but other than that, not worth the cash.
