So...This may sound dumb...But today, I dislocated my knee cap at Marching Band. I actually find this quite humorous. Another couple of things I find humorous are the fact that I've done this before...And I was just a few days off of the one year anniversary when I did it last. Another thing is that the first time I did it, my friend thought I was faking...until I showed him my knee. The same thing happened today. I actually dislocated it doing a drum visual we were joking around about. It was a sort of a spin. I had done it several times...and nothing happened...Then out of no where, I hear a pop, an intense feeling of pain, and a nice fall to the cement. Just thought I'd let you guys know what happened and that I'm alright.
Thanks,
Dominick

Glad to hear it. Put that knee up and relax!
I've twisted my ankle loads of times because I'm clumsy.
I even chipped a bone in my foot about 4 years ago and didn't get it x rayed cause I thought I had only sprained it but infact had to be in a cast for 4 weeks and this was the night before my 19th birthday.

Ha, I have been trying to take it easy. I won't be marching anytime soon. The whole thing about your ankle is a bit of bad luck. Sorry to hear about that.
Thanks,
Dominick
