Wonder if you can help, I am trying to find out what the classical piece of music was that was used as the theme from the BBC programme "Hospitalwatch" back in the 1980's.

I am sure the artist was Italian or the title of the song was something about Venice or Italy.

If anyone has any ideas drop me a line.
