on the first one your friend went FAR too soon! and gutbuster needs a lot of practising too, it is actually supposed to look like your hand is going "through" the person!

lol actually i dont own gutbuster. I just thought thats how they did it.

By putting such videos on youtube, you are somehow exposing some secrets.
