Hello

I recently saw a demo of a new effect by Wayne Houchin called indecent. To be honest I've had a look around and cannot seem to find it on sale anywhere so maybe it hasn't yet been released.
First off I think I know how it is done but obviously cannot be certain. No I am not going to ask how to do it, although I am tempted just so I can be the proud owner of a thread in the sinbin.
Firstly if anyone who has got it (if it is available) and is able to review it that would be a help and please included how examinable it is as that would answer my query concerning this effect.

Although that is not the proper demo of the effect - Wayne said it was more of a promo thing for clients and that an actual one should be on the way soon  :D.

Not too impressed myself - even if the method is not the one I'm thinking of, it's the simplest and cheapest way of doing it and I don't really feel it justifies a whole DVD for it. But then, I could always be wrong!

It is a nice effect, although you can't see if the card is "properly" inside the bag, which I find a bit of a pitty.
Nice effect, though.

Well that is what I pretty much want to know. Is it properly in the bag?

It would be very good if it is and the bag is examinable but by looking at the demo I think not. And if that is correct then it certainly isnt worth putting on its own dvd

Yeah, if it is not properly in the bag, that ain't worth poop. You can understand it as a magician straight away, so if it is not in the bag, well... he won't make much money.

Also, I don't like the doggy bag idea. Who walks around with a doggy bag???
(unless you are very clean, and that's how you pick up your cards once they dropped on the floor, I don't really see the point...

Good effect tho. only if it is properly in the bag..

Areview on the ellusionist website says that the spectator cannot remove the card himself immediately after the reveal, which completely gives it away to me!! But apparantly clean up is only 2 secs  I bet it is less than that!!

We'll all know soon! I bought it last night and should arrive within a couple of days. I will, of course, review the thing once it gets here!

From the preview i saw, the woman took the bag, opened it, and removed the card herself. Would be awesome if its true, but if its not, im not too worried.

P.S. 600th post for me! Woohoo! Im gonna have a beer to celebrate!

I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...

This looks awesome - whilst I can't quite believe it's truly in the bag, I feel it should be to warrant that promo video. I think it's unscrupulous to cut the clean up - there's a big difference in power between having to "handle it" before handing it over, and simply pulling it out and letting them have it.

By analogy, if that ad. was for Sinful, it would make it seem like you could hand them the cola can to open and pour out themselves... :? However, if clean up can be accomplished truly in 2 seconds with not much more than a wave of the bag, I'll be happy!
