Hey guys, I'm Ben and just new to this whole 'TalkMagic' forum, but I was wondering if anybody could help me with a technical problem with the downloads on Kevin Parkers site.

I ordered passing thru, descent and nexus, and I recieved an e-mail with all the neccessary information such as usernames and passwords to access the download.
But However when the download stoped and it opened up ( I run windows, not mac ) I clicked play, but nothing happened.
Shortly after that confusion, the 'DRM' web page opened up ( Somthing to do with licensing the product I guess ) but it was blank and kept refreshing itself.
So I tried downloading it again but sadly, the DRM page did not bother to show itself and thus the download would not work.
I emailed kevin about this, but I am still expecting an email from him shortly, but in the mean time i would really appreciate any help from you guys!
i am a bit of a calamity, so please tell me if I am doing somthing wrong.

Currently i have NO faith in Kevin Parker's site.

i ordered decent 3 weeks ago now and still have yet to hear anything back from him/his site. yes i had to change the email address it was going to but i thought that would not have been a problem.

no email back from him, and i can not contact his site admin.

i will NOT be buying from him again.

You will have to try to get in contact with his team

Just try the download again, close any other programs.

im not paying for the download again, it has already cost me £12.

i shall not waste this money again.

Maybe Kevin/Web admins are out to town?

I had a few question I emailed him just after I had ordered Passing thru and Nexus. I had a response to my email within 4 hours.

Tone, you get a link to the download. Use that link again, it doens't cost you to download it.

nah, my problem was that my email server went down the day i bought the trick, i emailed KP as soon as i had noticed that hte download probably went to the wrong email, but it should have been bounced back to them.

i have mailed 5 times to KP as the contact custom care link doesnt work.

oh well, easy come, easy go.
