I would recommend xtreme beginners, very well produced and will help you become a manipulator.

The royal road to card magic with Paul R. Wilson.
Great, it will take you from the beginning, and you'll learn great tricks.

ok thanks i decided for Royal Road.maybe later i will move on to xtreme beginners.
please let me "force" you :) with another advice: unfortunately i have a small hand and is really difficult to make for example one hand cut with a normal bicycle deck(poker size 2½in × 3½in; 62 mm × 88 mm).now i use some kind of cards bridge size(2¼in × 3½in, approx. 56 mm × 88 mm)
do you know if i can find bridge size bicycle deck?

Please bear in mind that small hands are not especially a problem. There will be things you can't do, but at the end of the day it'll push you to adapt sleight etc to your person.

Brian tudor's got hands as big as my feet, and a poker-size bikes deck looks like USB key in his hands....

Dude I'm an asian with quite small-normal size hands, it just takes a lot of practice. Initially I couldn't do the charlier, after some practise I mastered it.

Then I saw the double charlier... that took even longer than the charlier haha. Now I've got it down as well. So try practising first before giving up :D

I can't do the double charlier... I've always thought that my hands were too small for that... But now you got me thinking...
