You can get 'jumping beans' from joke shops. Theyre small plastic capsules with tiny ball bearings in. With a little white paint maybe one of those would do.

Could you shim a real one and put tipex on the non-white part?

I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...
