Raven X2 problems..help!

Postby Neito » Sep 27th, '06, 08:57

I bought my Raven X2 a few days ago and i was imidiately suprised by its size (not in a positive way).. It gets stuck on my shirt buttons, could some one please give me some pointers how to make it work smoothly? Thanks!

I've never tried the Raven X2 - but I used to have the Raven. I used to have a similar problem with the Raven and found the easiest way around this, was to leave the offending shirt button undone (assuming it works in a similar way, this may or may not help you :? )

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

Another thing that they teach in the raven video is if you find that the raven is too big, you can cut the edges down a bit to make it more suitable. Not too much though. You don't want the magic to fall apart. I have heard that the X2 is huge in comparison to the other ravens, so this may not work for you.

I was just trying to give you more options, as opposed to looking like you dress in the dark. Sorry I had to say it, hehe

Yea, the raven x2 is twice the size of the original one.. You can do changes with it (wihtout shells), but its hard, its just too bulky.

Are u saying Universal Raven is worse than the Raven?
Actually i had been keen in buying universal raven, as it is cheaper(on ebay) and can do more tricks with it. I have recently bought the Raven and can u tell me if the Universal Raven is better or worse and what are the weaknesses compared to Raven?
Thanks, will greatly appreciate it.

Oh no oh no oh no, shouldn't have got the RX2...what I suggest is simply to modify the size of it, i.e. cut it in half. It's alright with sleeves but the other recommended method is quite difficult to perfect and make look natural. The only other option is just to practise and practise and practise.

The shirt method tought in the instructions is very bad IMHO, I always use the sleeve method, and have never had a single problem. I use the RavenX2 but have never used the X2 part, so I wish I had got the single Raven, cheeper and less bulkier.

I have some shell coinage that works well with my act in an as and if situation. Stick with it and you should be able to put it to good use.
