hi, has anyone got this urban dvd by richard bellars, it looks good and can be found on the alakazam site. anyone have anything on this. cheers

I was planning on getting this at some point, Richard is an impressive performer in person and you really have to see the distance he can throw those cards to believe it. I've seen him throw one over a McDonalds!

As for the rest of it I don't think there's anything ground breaking on there just good solid flashy card trickery.

i have it, and i have to say its pretty damn good...

and though its not technically anything new as such (but what is nowadays) there's one particular amazing effect in it (for me)...

where you make someone apparently forget a symbol on a card theyve just looked at and signed...marvellous...

i had someone in a pub last friday just stare at the card for about half an hour saying over and over "...but, there's no possible...did you?...no...there's no possible..." like he was on a loop in time...very enjoyable...

and his version of the topshot is lovely too...

nice coin and card routines on top of that - all "framed" very well...
