Quick card change

Postby Mooch » Oct 7th, '06, 15:58

This is a quick trick I made up. Comments/advice would be appreciated, as I'm sure most of you can see how it is done ;)

Hi,

Hmm.. quite good! The movement of your hand should be more natural.
It shouldn't come because its desired to. Try not to search for the next move after you insert the card, even a split second matters. Most of this can only be achieved by practise. So your aim should be to practise until you are fluent with cards and until your moves are graceful. Don't worry, even if you might not notice it, your movements will surely become more and more graceful as you practise.

Hey magickfreak, thanks for the comment :)
I've come up with another, much smoother way of performing this trick, which doesn't involve some kind of pass. It looks much better both to myself and apparently the people I've shown it to since haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary either, which is a great confidence booster ;)
Thanks again, appreciate it.

Great trick, I agree with MagicFreak, just work on being able to do it more fluently. Good trick overall.
