Hi and welcome to TM

Just outta curiosity where abouts in Derbyshire are you? I'm only asking 'cos I used to live in West Hallam and work in Ilkeston a while back :?

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

HI Moon, I'm just outside Derby itself. I used to visit Zebra Music in Ilkeston for guitar supplies.....until cards took over :-)

Welcome to TM

Derbyshire eh? My ex girlfriends parents use to live just outside chesterfield along the Derby road.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

Is Rock World still open (or whatever it's called nowadays :? It's a rock nightclub in Derby that I used to go to when I lived down there). I also used to go to the one in Nottingham, I think that one was called Rock City, but hey 15 years is a long time and I've had a few more beers and killed a few more brain cells since then, so I've prolly got both the names wrong

Rock World is a new one on me :-)
Rock City is still going. I saw my first live band (The Cult!) there back in the early 80s I guess. Went back a few years ago on an ill-advised works night out...it was student night and boy did I feel old!

Victoria Inn is Derby's rock venue I guess. My Brother's band have gigged there a couple of times.
