Recently ordered a brick of cards from them.. Got the dispatch notice, Nothing arrived.. Waited a bit longer, still noting.
After a week I emailed letting them know nothing had arrived, it was explained that they have had a few problems with Royal Mail since the change of shipping rules, they shipped another brick or cards out very quickly.
Very good communication throughout, was initially a little concerned as a new customer. Was all resolved very quickly and painlessly, and I left a happy customer!
This all happened a few weeks back, but been so busy with a new job I havent had a chance to share it.
Didnt see a suitable section, but was so impressed I wanted to share my experience with you lot on here.
