Ambitious Card Routine - Colour Change

Postby Dead Man Walking » Oct 21st, '06, 15:31

Hey!

I am looking for a routine of ACR in which the last card is colour changed (Shapeshifter?).

I'll try to explain. (Pardon my english, its not my first language)

It was a product in which the performer says the card is on the top but the card is not on the top.
So he says it top from here (Turns the deck so that the bottom is now the top).
But its still not there so he looks and says oh! sorry and then he puts his hand on the deck and does a colour change (shapeshifter?)
So now the card is on the top!

Does anyone know what is the name of the product?

Thanks in advance!

sounds more like a simple classic colour change than a shapeshifter to me. perhaps an erdnase

surely "just putting his hand on the deck" implies a classic rather than an erdnase though?

The way it was that:

He put his hand over the deck while all cards were face up and then rubs the card by pushing the card forward and getting the second card which is the selected card to the top.

His hand stoke like rubs forward then rubs backwards (can't disclose much details for rules of the forums!)

Those who know this may understand.

It was from some famous site like penguin or ellusionist.
Now does anyone remember the name of the video please.

I showed some magic last year on college function and now they want me to do it again. Last year my friend taught me and showed me this video and how to buy but I did'nt. Now I want to buy but no name!

If not then please recommend some other Ambitious Card Routene with colour change in it.

My routine was that I increased intensity of ACR trick by trick.
This was the second last trick.
Did this then the last trick was to bend the card and keep it in middle (people can see the bended card) and snap it back to the top

Thanks.

Indeed it is Erdnase Change.

Found out here: http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic10211-0-0-asc-.php

Also one more thing came to my mind was that it was Brad Christian whose video I'm talking about. He was the instructor of that video.

He explained how to get the card 2nd from bottom before doing this Erdnase change.

Damnit I wish I stumble across that video same way I stumbled across that instructors name.

Thanks a lot brothers. You guys are really fast in helping.

After searching constantly for 16 hrs and have not yet sleapt although its 4:49am I conclude that it was Ultimate AmbitioXs Card By Ellusionist.

Although I still may be wrong. Hope not.

After this http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic13950-0-0-asc-.php and a constant help from Lawrence & I.D and a tip from my friend from other forum I think it is Ellusionist's Crash Course 2 "Ultimate Guide to Ambitious Card".

Damn it costs 40$ I hope its worth the investment.

Thanks again to all friends who helped patiently.

Aren't crash course 2 dvd : Ultimate Ambitoux card and Crash Course 2 "Ultimate Guide to Ambitious Card" one and the same products.

I think someone even asked this on some other part of the forum.

OZ Pearlmans ACR on Born to Perform has a Erdanase colour change in it. Maybe it was that you saw?
It is a great DVD anyway with a pretty good ACR routine taught very well.

Thanks errrr J0kerz for that link.

I remember watching it before.

Ah! greedoniz You're a lifesaver man!
I had Oz Pearlman's Born to Perform Card Magic.
It even had Erdnase Change. Damn just if I remembered it earlier I would have saved 40 bucks.

I hope I'll learn something new or learn a better way to perform the old tricks.
