Raven Performance question

Postby Henk » Oct 31st, '06, 23:20

I am thinking about getting the Raven.
I want to add this in my coin flurry routine.. by vanishing a spoon or a coin at the end..

my question is.. will I be able to control the coins like normal, and still be able to execute the raven when wanted..

I have no idea how the raven works.. but if its a m****** of some sort I figure that it will affect my coin routine..

please help me out on this..

Can I perform my coin routine with the Raven loaded up and ready to go without it effecting the sleights and coins that I will perform previous to executing the Raven

You are correct that it might effect your coin routine, depending on the "Metal Properties" of your coins.

Well you don't need it "loaded up" unless you are going to "produce" an object, the raven is far more suited to a vanish, or a visual coin change when using a special coin

However if by "loaded up" you meant having it in position ready to use! I would see there being no problem, mine is allways set ready to go.

I was in the petrol station the other night, and when the cashier gave me my change, I put it in my pocket and switched a £1 pound coin for my "special £1" coin and said look at this coin, and with a wave of the hand over the top it changed into a 20p coin. She freeked and was speechless!

Just as an after thought, to add that little something to your coin routine, you could concider getting "Superman" I did and I love it, I can bend a borrowed and signed coin right there in front of the spectators eyes, they allways give a "gasp" and can't believe what they just saw.

But you have to like bending things.

Yes a SIGNED coin BORROWED and you hold the coin at your finger tips, so they can see clearly their initials or mark on the front of the coin, and you just bend it right in front of them. It realy is incredible!!! and like the raven it has two different handling methods.

So you can do both of them in short sleeves if you want, although I prefere to use long sleeves
