Seconded. I love the stuff on Mavens other 3 DVDs so eagerly look forward to getting this following some hopefully positive reviews.

It'll have to wait for the weekend, but I'll do one.

My initial views - very, very useful if you are serious about mentalism/mind magic. The effects themselves are good, but I was familiar with most (or the principles behind most) of them from other products.

The real value is, in my opinion, in seeing how these items are presented, the interview with Max Maven conducted by Michael Weber, the group discussions on the methods and the commentary Max gives on the performance.

Almost pointless for anyone who just wants tricks, especially if they plan on lifting the whole act, but a goldmine of information on presentation, history and thinking. Rather what you should expect from Max Maven.

I was going to review it (it just arrived today) but since you spoke up first, I will wait for your review and post my opinions as comments, especially since I am a sleight of hand guy who has done a little mentalism in the past so, if you already knew the principles, you are probably in a better position to review it as a mentalist.
