What would be everyones choice of a good book or DVD for learning card flourishes?

Ive heard that "The Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes" is meant to be good (although fairly pricey at $75),

What's the best most fancy flourish?
I like a one handed rifle, but i much prefer the Cobra Cut. It's stunning.
