Fraud with a Business Card
Since I had "crayons" instead of "pens" I couldn't do fraud with bills, so had to make due with what I had

Nice idea, but kind of defeats the object of the effect...

The whole premise of using banknotes is that they are 'set in stone' and unchangeable—whereas a business card can be gaffed.

I'm also a little unsure as to whether showing the image actually moving beneath your thumb is a good idea.

Try and get a banknote version!!! :D

(And what's with the pens/crayons comment?)

ahh well the pens and crayons comment was hinting at one of the necessities to perform fraud with bank notes. I know the effect would be a lot stronger with actual currency though.

I still don't follow...

Good performance though.

Thanks,

Well I'll give you another hint it has to do with gaffing the bill. Think about what crayons are made of and what pen's use to write ;)

I know. The Crayon one is your ideal bet for authenticity.

OK well here's a basic card trick, but I put a little twist on it where you can actually shuffle the individual piles. Sorry for going through it fast and the skip in the middle and for the low quality. I was originally trying to get it done in 30 seconds (because that's how long my little digi cam will record one file for.) Then I ended up having to start the tape again after 30 seconds so...

Effect
Shuffle
Split the deck into 4 seperate piles
Shuffle the piles
Distribute 1 card from the each pile to each of the other piles
Then repeat for all 4 piles
Flip the top card over
All aces

Edit: forgot to post the link. I'll edit this post in a few minutes because the video is processing on youtube.

Edit 2: Here's another video:
A not so David Blaine arm twist. I used to be able to do it 540, but now I can only do around 400 degrees.

Another video just of the snap change. I finally got this sleight down after practicing for a while and it actually looks really good in slow motion (I was playing around with WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER *gasp.)
