I have to answer a question for a quiz: who is the man in the picture?

Don't have much of a clue but think he may be a magician.

Burl Ives

OK now I can see the picture it helps a lot! It certainly looks like Burl Ives and he appeared in a whimsical Disney movie with Hayley Mills callled (wait for it!) Summer Magic. 'The Ugly Bug Ball' was probably the most memorable song out of it.
