what exactly is it you want to learn? there's probably better places if it's something specific
That was exactly my experience. It is basically an expose video, not a teaching video. The only thing that you may learn from it is how the moves are used in a game, but certainly not how to do them. Also
Weapons of the Card Sharp by Jeff Wessmiller will simmilarly leave you disappointed if you want to learn to actually do the moves.
Alan Ackerman's
Advanced Card Control DVD Vol 2 teaches false deals. Martin Nash's
Sleight Unseen (book) teaches false deals. Simon Lovell's
Second to None also does a good job. Another good source would be
Expert at the Card Table. My experience has been that you will probably need multiple sources (for false deals anyways) and will eventually find one that works for you, depending on your specific criteria.
