Bring bottom card to 'middle'

Struggling with an effect? Any tips (without giving too much away!) you'd like to share?

Actually, I was saying that mogs suggested move was a more elegant solution than the classic pass. I don't think this is a huge deal, its probably a matter of taste rather than a matter of fact.

Perhaps just a casual charlier cut while creating a little misdirection elsewhere? Or if done casually enough, misdirection isn't needed,it could just be something that occurs, in the flow of events. (That sounds pretty dumb). But if you dont direct any attention to it, it will be relatively safe in performance. If a quite long length of time passes between the charlier and the spread, due to patter, it will hardly be noticed. Give it a whirl and see how it goes.

Another way would be to pull the bottom card beneath the spread (Hofzinser style) and just feed it into the centre. But like seige said, the simplest way is just to use a pass.

You could hold a thumb break and do a side slip, but that pretty well just accomplishes the same thing as a pass.
