I saw this on one of the Marc Spellman DVDs recently, which by the way are thoroughly recommended.

It wasn't a routine or anything just a small intercutting clip.

Marc held a lit cigarette in his hand & without any movement that could be seen the cigarette puffed out a cloud of smoke. Can anyone point me in a direction to find out more about this as it seems just a fun little thing to do??? Ta.

I think I figured out a way to do this, but can't try it as:

a) I'm only 15
b) I don't really want to smoke anyway

I suppose it allows you to do a couple of nice effects though, such as the cigarette up the nose or the one you are asking about.

No he didn't but he gave me a point in a possible right direction, don't think its a big secret that its possible to shove stink or bang things into cigs so when they burn down to it they start to let of a whiff or bang. So maybe it's something along these lines which if so is a shame as it's a case of timing it right & not being able to do it on the spur.

Anyway shall check these out...
