Newbie, Toronto Magic Clubs?

Postby tinera » Nov 22nd, '06, 18:37

Hi, i am new to this forum, i was so surprised when i first found it, i think it is awesome that there's a forum just for magicians.

I am 19 years-old, still a student and live in toronto, ontario. I was first hooked on magic when i was around 14 years-old. learned some magic from books and videos, and been to a couple magic lessons. i even had a little magic box to store all my magic things.

i've stopped doing magic for a while now, and i think i've forgoteen almost all my magic... :( .... i would like to pick it up again, because i love magic, and always have that weird, envy feeling when i see someone else doing magic.

i would consider myself a beginner, so does anyone know of magic clubs in downtwon toronto? and that accepts beginners?

thanks so much!

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

I had looked at a lot of forums when I recently decided to get back into magic (I was hoping to find a US-based one in the hope of locating local magicians) and I came to the same conclusion.

Welcome to TM. You will find your time well spent here.

Your best bet is to head over to the Browser's Den of Magic at Bathurst and Eglinton. The phone number is (416) 783-7022. The owner Jeff loves beginners because they tend to spend the most money. He runs a magic club and beginners are welcome.
