I have seen some truely outrageous prices there and I am wondering (because almost everything they sell is a pdf) if they are ripping off magic vendors and magicians by selling material that they do not have the rights to sell.

Oh how I hope they are legit as the CUPS inside of me is about to explode!

As far as I know they are quite legit.

The Lybrary is the best resource for ebooks on the web. Chris charges high prices for some of his products simply because of the immense amount of work involved in producing the books.

Everything on the site is legal.
