hey everyone whats up.. just making my intro to talkmagic... my name is allen, I'm a 20 year old student at York University... i have always been a fan of magic and really enjoyed being amazed by the tricks and illusions.

I kind of found magic late under strange circumstances. I had a knee injury almost a year ago and used to play tons of sports and exercise but that injury kept me indoors for the most part for a couple of months... was the perfect opportunity to pick up magic so I started learning from magic dvds. I really enjoy almost every kind of magic but I really do enjoy close up magic and card magic. I do want to start getting into card manipulation and some mentalism though.

I've been on this site for a while but just procrastinated on getting a profile but its definately one of the best tools out there... keep it up whoever runs this!

well moodini, I'm taking kinesiology and health sciences at York. Just grinding through school trying to get a piece of paper that says I'm qualified to do something lol

My knee is better than the first week it got injured, thats for sure... but I am going to be getting surgery sometime in the future.

And TOJennie... normally as a York student me and you can't be friends but since this is a magic forum I guess we can make an exception! haha jks

Sure is nice to get more Canadians onboard the site.......I have been to Ontario numerous times.....mainly in the Toronto, Windsor, Niagra Falls, Hamilton, London.....areas! Great part of the country.

I had a freind of mine (he lives in Alberta now) who moved out to London to play hockey for the Knights, ended up going to Western and took law.....I would come out every year during his spring break and tour around, watch hockey games, etc
