Needle though arm

Postby Mahoney » Dec 6th, '06, 05:40

I'm having a bit of trouble with needle through arm. Mainly in that I can't seem get the blood to come out. It will come out a bit but most of it will come out where it shouldn't, at the other end, if you know what I mean.

If anyone has encountered this problem or has any ideas on how to solve it, then I'd love to hear.

Thank you.

I've only tried this the once but I recall vaguely it comes down to angle.... but don't trust me on that completely as I only tried it the once and didn't feel the trick was for me.

I own this and have used it quite often but haven't come across this particular problem. Maybe it is a faulty item.
If you have any particular questions feel free to PM me and I'll try to help if I can.

Ditto.

I think in the instructions it tells you to be careful with the handling of the "bulb", 'cos if you're too rough, you may cause the seal to rupture and leak which is what it sounds like has happened in your case

Feel free to PM me (or greedoniz  ) if you need any help.

Just found my instructions for this trick

Copied straight from the instruction manual ...... "If one of the seals in your 'Needle Through Arm' becomes damaged and begins to leak, it may easily be repaired. The best glue to use as a sealant for this prop is Weldit all purpose cement. It's produced by the Devcon Corporation, Wood Dale, IL 60191."
