As everyone I have always loved magic, always thought I could never do it and always meant to get around to learning but never did.
Some time ago I had a row with a drunk driver and his lorry on my motorbike and the movement of my hands and legs were somewhat drunk, shall we say.
I picked up magic as a way to try and regain control of my hands, they needed the exercise and I needed the hobby.
Worked wonders and now 6 months later I find I know more than I ever thought I could but still have much more to learn than I know.
Safe to say I'm still in the "needs smoothing" stage for many things.
I use my magic to entertain myself and others but mainly to get free beer and smiles from the ladies
Magic gave me a hobby, confidence and hope, I really do feel honoured to know what I do and to be able to drop jaws.
I also love this board, if you are a guest or are new and think, feels a bit like they are all mates, don't worry.
Just introduce yourself and get to know everyone, they are all mad (requirement for magicians I hear) and very friendly.
ps, this is me, I will not refund the price of your screen when it cracks. 2 years ago..
