The answer to your question is very much dependant on your skill and experience. Do we recommend a beginners DVD or one that is aimed at the more expereinced?

If you're just starting out, I'd suggest a book rather than a DVD. I find it much easier to sit down with a book and work through it than a DVD.

A DVD really comes into it's own when you already know the basics and need to see how something is presented and performed.
