There seem to be some pretty appalling videos of this on You-Tube already, many of which don't even seem to use the correct method, let alone have a decent presentation style.

If you like the look of this, buy the download and enjoy what is a really high quality teaching video, with some great ideas on how to present it, presented by the man himself.

Think about it!!! If you put a card in a deck and it magically comes to the top it is travels though other solid cards.

If the card goes in the bag it travels through a solid bag.

So the spectators will show the same reactions!!!

Do you mean that they will perceive it as the same effect?

I think the reactions would be quite different indeed. Having something pass through a sealed and ungimmicked bag is far more impressive than having a card come to the top of the deck when they're in your hands.

At first, as with most Ellusionost material i was very skeptial as to how impromptu this was actually going to be, due to the fact that the trailers they only show you enough to get you to buy! However when I received it I was pleasantly surprised. It is relatively easy, only a few simple slights involved and when I’ve performed it to people, has received a very positive response. I was doubtful of the clean up at first, but if done smoothly with the right patter it seems almost natural. W:H effects are wicked cool, and he has deserves a lot of praise, mainly for my favourite trick at the moment, Sinful, which is pure genius. Keep em commin Wayne! And as for TrickyTricky well done! I don’t think id be able to show him anything amazing as I am still fairly new to magic and find it hard to perform in front of other magicians…hmm wonder why :?

Congrats on winning the contest. It sounds like your going to have a great time. I was wondering though, when do you get to meet Wayne Houchin and get taught the trick?

Wow man. That is awesome. I'd give a lot to meet W:H. I love his impromptu effects and his style of performing them. Nice masters and black ghost deck too. Congrats. :)

Just got this DVD and finished watching. Initial thoughts are similar to the review but as already stated, it's a bit hit or miss getting the right amount of aardvark to make this work.

It is a clever method indeed but what are your experiences of performing this to a real audience? I'm not as convinced as some that it will consistently be as strong as the reactions in the footage on the DVD. I also have reservations about the potential mishap of not having enough aardvark as this still appears to be hit and miss, even with practice. I've also found that new cards work much better than those that have seen some light of day. Has anyone else found this?

Time will tell but as asked, what are your real world experiences of performing this to others? So far, this review is short of examples.
