Bicycle Messed up Big Time

Postby XTTX » Dec 19th, '06, 02:09

Anybody ever get a deck that contains doubles and missing cards? I sold a deck of bikes to my friend because he asked for one. So he got it for about $1.50 and the next day, he tells me, "Hey, this deck sucks, there are two KoC, 2oC, 5oH, and no 10oC." Just wondering if he's pulling my leg or if anybody else has heard of this.

Ive heard of them and seen pictures but never had one myself! The pictures i saw contained triples of a couple of card and a few doubles.

I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...

Never had that happen, and whats wrong with that, if you do magic its great, extra (spare) cards.
Another deck doesnt cost that much.

I know, just wondering how you could get 3 doubles and a missing card in a single deck. Well, I would have enjoyed a few duplicates, but too bad it's not my deck anymore.

My original thought was that it was a Pinochle deck, but they contain duplicates of the 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King and Ace in each of the four suits, so your mention of the 2oC, 5oH and no 10oC rules that out.

Sorry, I have never seen such a deck.

I actually had a situation once where I opened up a blue box of bikes, only to find a red deck inside.....I had to do a double take.....shocked me!

I often have cards printed with too much ink, so they're blurred and look fake.
Not even seconds either!
