Because most magicians are boys.

"Do girls be magicians?"

Yes, they do.

"Can we see some?"

Yes, of course.

So we look and find hardly any.

My daughter, who many of you have seen, would love to see videos of female magicians. She is a particular fan of things appearing and disappearing.

Anyone help her out?

Kerry Scorah and the very lovely Fay Presto to name but two.

Actually, have a look through the introductions threads. The ones that run into several pages are usually intros by women.

EDIT: Here's a longer list: Mandy Davis, Fay Presto, Melanie Partner, Kerry Scorah, Laura London, and "Jayne".

Davey beat me to it, Becky Blaney is brilliant.

There are quite a few out there, I'll have a look see if I can find some more videos, I used to have quite a few.

I'm thinking about putting together a promo video myself at the moment (even though I really hate performing on video), I'll lety you know if and when that gets done.

She is and well shes a close friend of my elder brother. I kid you not.

Although our paths have never crossed. He met her after I got in to magic they mix in the same type of places.
